LADYFISH
HABITAT: Inshore in bays, estuaries, tidal pools and canals.
TYPICAL WEIGHT: 2 to 3 pounds
FOOD QUALITY: Edible but many fine bones


LANE SNAPPER
HABITAT: Offshore
TYPICAL WEIGHT: Approximately 1 pound
FOOD QUALITY: Excellent


MANGROVE SNAPPER
HABITAT: Coral or rocky reefs, mangroves and grass beds
TYPICAL WEIGHT: Up to 10 pounds
FOOD QUALITY: Excellent


NASSAU GROUPER
HABITAT: Offshore on rocky reefs.
TYPICAL WEIGHT: 10 - 15 pounds
FOOD QUALITY: Superb
